Wow! What a place, what a building, what a life! (if only for one week)! Your house and environment are perfect! We could not have survived without the pool - the temperatures were high but it wasn't just a “life saver” it was a place to relax, rewind, reminisce and spend time with our family. Relaxation doesn't come easy with busy home lives but here it seems to happen naturally. Our highlights have been the views, the villa, the family time and the food! We have enjoyed every moment of this place & its local towns - we will very much miss it when we leave. Maybe one day we'll see this place again!? Let’s hope so!

"We have returned to this most beautiful place"
We have returned to this most beautiful place. A few things (wedding, Covid) prevented us from coming before, but it stayed in our hearts until we could return, and have wonderful restitution. We have revisited our favourite places and discovered new ones, like The pizzeria with a splendid view in Monteleone Di Fermo. We have also seen scarce swallowtail butterflies, (plus many others), hares, heard turtle doves and Bee Eaters; all very rare or extinct from England now, so it felt very unique. Thank you! The pool is marvellous it was very hot here, but the pool kept us cool! Thank also to the very kind couple who look after the swimming pool - for rescuing us when we ran out of petrol :-)

“C'era magnifico, grazie mille!”
Ah, finalmente! Not withheld by PCRs and vaccinations we finally could reach this wonderful spot and feast ourselves on everything the Marche have to offer. Magnificent views on the Sibillini, unspoiled villages and Cucina Italiana! We will keep this special place in our hearts. C'era magnifico, grazie mille!

"The pool is fabulous and we have wanted for nothing!"
We have had a wonderful week here, having a much needed time of relaxation and family unity. We have walked back from Monte Sarmartio, saw fireflies and generally had a wonderful time! The pool is fabulous and we have wanted for nothing! Thank you for all the comfy cosy sofas! Hope to return again soon.

“It’s hard to leave!”
Thank you for a wonderful week in this beautiful oasis. We've spent countless hours in and around the pool. Day trips included the beach at Porto San Giorgio and an afternoon in beautiful Ascoli Piceno. The kids have loved tracking lizards and spotting wildlife. It’s hard to leave!
