Winter/Evening Living and Dining Room
Bask in the captivating beauty of Le Marche's hills and valleys through the triple-aspect windows, offering enchanting views of the ever-changing morning skies and stunning sunsets - a perfect tableau for photography enthusiasts. This spacious room harmoniously blends cozy and elegant: one end features sofas and armchairs, adorned with cushions, encircling a warming log-burning stove, while the other end hosts a stately oak dining table, ideal for formal meals. Both the fireside lounge and dining area comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it a perfect gathering spot for friends and family.

Relax by our 10x5 meter saline pool, embraced by natural stone and equipped with loungers, chairs, and umbrellas for ultimate comfort. Easily accessible from the summer room's French doors, it's perfect for enjoying a peaceful read or a refreshing swim. Our saline pool, gentle on the skin and eyes, offers a chlorine-free experience, making it ideal for extended, carefree hours of aquatic fun in a healthier, more natural setting.
Alfresco Dining
Savour the essence of Italian outdoor living at a full-size outdoor table, nestled under a canopy of lush kiwi vines, perfect for a delightful lunch or a starlit dinner. Begin your mornings in tranquillity under the pergola by the pool, surrounded by gracefully twined grapevines, as you indulge in a fresh coffee and breakfast, basking in the gentle morning light.
The Grounds
Alla Selva is embraced by two acres of enchanting wooded land, featuring terraced walks amidst young olive, fig, and Sharon fruit trees. The elegantly designed swimming pool area, commanding stunning valley views, is adorned with natural stone paving and charming urns brimming with agapanthus, geraniums, and roses, creating an idyllic and fragrant sunbathing retreat.
The property's natural landscape unfolds more casually with gravel paths meandering through a tapestry of wildflowers, lavender, rosemary, and oleander. A raised garden terrace, equipped with a table, sunshade, and chairs, lies conveniently close to the kitchen, offering a perfect spot for alfresco dining or savoring an evening drink while indulging in the breathtaking sunsets.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Each of our four spacious double bedrooms, including two with private en-suites, offers a haven of comfort and style, accommodating up to eight guests with ease. For additional convenience, a plush sofa bed is also available. Thoughtfully arranged, Bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated on the upper ground floor, providing easy access and splendid views, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are nestled on the lower level, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
Bedroom 1
Enjoy the splendid west-facing views of the valley, garden, and pool, framed beautifully by double French doors complete with railings. The accompanying en-suite is thoughtfully appointed with a WC, bidet, a spacious shower, and a hand basin, enhanced by the luxury of a heated towel rail for added comfort.
Bedroom 2
Bathed in the gentle morning sun, this east-facing room offers serene views of olive trees, wildflowers, and woods through its two windows. The room features a magnificent walnut-framed double bed, adorned with padded silk head and footboards. Its accompanying en-suite is thoughtfully appointed with a WC, bidet, spacious shower, and hand basin, all enhanced by the luxury of a heated towel rail for added comfort.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom, features terracotta tiles, a full-sized bathtub, and an enclosed shower. Exposed wooden beams add a touch of rustic charm, while the large window pours in natural light and offers a view of the surrounding greenery. This bedroom is oriented to the west, featuring two versatile single beds that can be combined into a king-size haven. The room affords a delightful view of the shimmering pool and the neatly paved patio
